Finally! After months of color stained fingers I finally have some time to start uploading some of the things I've been printing at school! If you thought you've all been seeing everything I've done the last six months or so you're very much mistaking. The school I'm going to (Grafikskolan) is the only one in the Nordic region that specializes in printmaking. So far we've been doing lino, wood block, etchings, dry point, stone lithography, silk screen and photopolymer. So I've never been much of a fan of Valentine's Day. The closet I've gotten to actually doing something special would be that time in 2008 that me and my sister saw HIM, you know the Finnish love metal band? It's a vague memory but I think that also was the time someone mistook me for being a guy... Anyhow I'm sure there're a lot of worse ways you can spend Valentine's Day, like sitting in front of the computer all day looking at funny cat pictures and pretty shoes (just the thing I absolutely haven't been doing...hrm). I started a blog. When people started "blogging" I told myself I would never do it. My argument? - who wants to know what I do?! I guess I changed my mind over the years because here I am, with a blog. But seriously the reason I started it is because I wanted a place where I can post things like sketches, doodles and ideas for paintings and works under progress and the painintings I post here of course.
