I've never done an animation of GIF or wathever I'm supposed to call this, before. I basically painted like I use to except I scanned the painting every time I finished a "square". It's basically 53 scanned pictures of the painting put together.

because youve got a white background you should try and place it in the same place each time but looks great speed up the frame rate a little though
